Hilltop Views Photo 4 - Early Morning Fog Rises From The White River, Hwy 341 Overlook, Baxter County, Arkansas -  It is hard to believe but there is a large river running through these hills. Note the highest peak in the background. The general area of the peak is called Caroline Gap. You'll see photos in this tour taken from that peak. It is easy to get to as a road runs all along the entire ridge.
