Owners started painting the cabins in the fall of 2004. Six units plus the owners home/office/store have been completed as of fall 2004. Picture windows were replaced in units 1, 2, 3, and 5.

There are 3 propane tanks, 1 - 1000 gallon tank is owned by the resort. A 250 gallon tank supplies the owners home and a 500 gallon tank supplies the cabins and are owned by Empire Gas Company.
