Holiday Shores Resort has a total of 13 units. There is 1 single open room unit (unit 11), 4 one bedroom units (units 2, 6, 7,  & 14, units 2, 6 & 7 each have an open sleeping area), 7 two bedroom units (units 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, & 12, unit 10 is a small two bedroom, and a three bedroom unit (unit 9). There is no unit 13.

The maximum resort sleeping capacity is 71 persons per night.  All units are heated by propane gas heat and cooling is provided by wall unit air conditioners except for unit 12, which has central heat and air conditioning.

All units have propane gas ranges with ovens, microwaves, refrigerators, drip coffee makers, pots, pans, silverware, tableware, toasters, color cable televisions with remote controls, towels, linens, bedding, pillows, a grill and picnic table.

Unit 6 has a full basement and unit 12 has a partial basement. Units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 14 have crawl spaces.

Unit 1 - a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit accommodating up to 6 persons. It has 2 full beds, 2 twin beds, and a sleeper sofa.

Unit 2 - a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit accommodating 6 persons. It has 2 full beds in the bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the sleeping area, and a twin sleeper sofa in living area.

Unit 3 - a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit accommodating 6 persons.  Each bedroom has 1 full and 1 twin bed.

Unit 4 - a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit accommodating 6 persons. One bedroom has 2 full beds, and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed.

Unit 5 -  a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit accommodating 5 persons. One bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed.

Unit 6 - a 1 bedroom with an open sleeping area accommodating 6 persons. The bedroom has 2 full beds in bedroom1 full bed in sleeping area. Unit 6 has a full basement.

Unit 7 - a 1 bedroom with an open sleeping area accommodating 4 persons. The bedroom has a queen bed and the sleeping area has a full bed.

Unit 8 - a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit accommodating 6 persons. One bedroom has 2 full beds and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed.

Unit 9 - a 3 bedroom, 1 bath unit accommodating 7 persons. One bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a full bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed.

Unit 10 - a small 2 bedroom unit accommodating 3 persons. One bedroom has a full bed and the 2nd bedroom has a twin bed.

Unit 11 - has an open sleeping area with 2 full beds and 1 bath accommodating 4 persons.

Unit 12 - a 2 bedroom,1.25 bath, (full bath in 1 bedroom, toilet and sink in the other) accommodating 10 persons. One bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and a roll-a-way bed.

Unit 14 - a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit accommodating 2 persons. The bedroom has 1 queen bed. Heat is provided by propane gas heat and cooling is provided by wall unit air conditioners.
